We test Google Gemini with live web search. That's currently the only engine we test. Your customers may use ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Copilot, or Perplexity. Each can give different answers, so think of our result as one consistent, evidence-backed snapshot from a major AI system, not a reading of every assistant. It also won't exactly match what you see if you ask an AI app yourself. We query the model's developer API at a specific moment. Consumer apps can differ because of model versions, personalization, account history, location, and timing. Yes, in specific cases. You get a full refund if your report isn't delivered or if you're charged twice. If the report is materially defective, for example it analyzed the wrong business or arrived empty, contact us within 14 days and we'll regenerate it or refund you. An SEO agency usually works on an ongoing basis to improve your rankings in traditional search results, and often charges a monthly retainer. We do something narrower: we measure how an AI assistant answers customer questions about your category and city, show you the evidence, and give you a prioritized plan. We don't make changes to your website or listings, and we don't sell retainers. Many owners hand our report to their existing agency or web person as a to-do list. The two can work together.
